The 6th Annual Knierim Daze will be August 11, 2012

Note the change of date!!

Lunch begins at noon. Sandwiches will be provided. Please bring a covered dish or dessert, your own beverages and a lawn chairs.

There will be a raffle, kid's games, horseshoes and of course, softball. Don't forget your bats and gloves!

Last Year's Blast

Current and former residents of Knierim and others with Knierim ties gathered at the Knierim City Park on Saturday, August 6 th, for the fifth annual Knierim Daze.  The festivities kicked off at noon with a potluck meal. 

Activities for people of all ages were held throughout the day. 

Several lucky winners took home prizes in the raffle drawing before the softball games started, with spectators lining the field.

The organizers of Knierim Daze would like to thank the many area businesses that made donations and supported the event.

Do you know anyone named Habenicht, Wartchow or Herrewig? We received a treasure trove of photos and obits in a large album belonging to this connected family. The items are now at the Calhoun County Historical Museum.
